Al things considered I notice the claw more than the tail as I can just think it was bet the other direction and is thus hidden. I do like how this time it just transitions from a gentle greenish aqua to a more blueish grey, and as for its sketch value I like how you have made the crosshatching lines for its shading an its wings, body etc. Very nice worn nonetheless flaws or not.

Retarded tail or not, I think it looks pretty good overall. The jaws/beak appear somewhat more birdlike than reptilian, though. Otherwise, there's probably lots of other ways in which it could have looked worse, right?
